Review Summary
Reviewed the CI automation files for the nightly documentation scanner. Found one issue with dry-run mode enforcement that should be addressed.
Findings
- 1 HIGH severity issue: Dry-run mode lacks technical enforcement
The dry-run mode relies solely on prompt instructions without runtime enforcement mechanisms. While the agent receives a text instruction to skip issue creation, the permissions still allow gh issue create commands unconditionally.
