Docker causes WindowServer to crash after a period of inactivity

Expected behavior

Docker should not cause WindowServer to crash

WindowServer crashes

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Start a Docker container
2. Leave the host running idle, usually overnight... sometimes for just a few hours

This issue ONLY happens when a Docker container is up and running. If I bring the container down my machine runs indefinitely without WindowServer crashing. Per the attached crash logs it seems to have something to do with Metal/GPU usage. Additionally, this only happens when my MacBook Pro is connected to my LG 5K display.
