docker-model-plugin fails to install on NVIDIA DGX Spark while following these blog post instructions.

@ekcasey Did you have to do anything special with the CE repos to make this work?

Hey @william-cox did you add Docker's apt repository?

@ekcasey I guess this means the docker pre-installed version is the distro version rather than Docker's apt repo version?

Or is the Docker version installed with the apt repos removed post-install?
