Deprecated OCI artifacts

Bitnami is pushing a large catalog of OCI-based Helm charts at https://hub.docker.com/u/bitnamicharts. The issue we are facing is that there is no easy way to make users see when a Helm chart is deprecated.

Helm charts deprecation process is well-defined and documented at https://helm.sh/docs/topics/charts/#deprecating-charts, basically a deprecated: true flag is added to the Chart.yaml file.
Some hubs like ArtifactHub show a badge warning users of deprecated Helm charts, see https://artifacthub.io/packages/helm/bitnami/node.

Technically it would be easy to uncompress the OCI Helm chart and look for that deprecated: true flag in the Chart.yaml.
