- Properly enable support for custom plugin testers
    - `PluginTester.test` now works for inherited classes
    - `PluginTester::test` now defaults the joe-reporter, rather than having it done in the `docpad-plugintester` executable
- Support testing specific editions via `docpad-plugintester edition=name`
