The build was failing with repeated 401 (Unauthorized) and 429 (Too Many Requests)
errors from the Sonatype OSS Index API. Until proper OSS Index credentials or
tokens are configured, the analyzer has been disabled via:
This is a temporary workaround to unblock the build and CI pipeline. The analyzer
should be re-enabled once authentication is properly set up.
