Important requirements

OrchardBridge is designed for iPhone / iOS device workflows. It is not an Android backup tool.

To connect an iPhone correctly, Windows must have Apple Mobile Device Support installed. This is usually installed with Apple Devices for Windows or iTunes for Windows. If Windows File Explorer can see the iPhone but OrchardBridge cannot connect, please install or repair Apple Devices / iTunes and then reconnect the device.

When connecting the device, unlock the iPhone and tap Trust This Computer if prompted.

Notes

• The application stores settings, cache files, screenshots, and logs under the user’s Windows profile.
• Very large UI font sizes may cause buttons or controls to exceed the visible area on low-resolution screens.
• If using the source-code launcher instead of the .exe, the first environment setup may require administrator permission. After the local environment is installed, run the launcher normally without administrator mode to avoid Windows drag-and-drop restrictions.

重要需求

OrchardBridge 是針對 iPhone / iOS 裝置備份流程設計的工具，並不是 Android 備份工具。

若要正確連接 iPhone，Windows 必須安裝 Apple Mobile Device Support。這通常會隨著 Apple Devices for Windows 或 iTunes for Windows 一起安裝。如果 Windows 檔案總管看得到 iPhone，但 OrchardBridge 無法連線，請先安裝或修復 Apple Devices / iTunes，然後重新連接裝置。

• 如果使用原始碼版本而不是 .exe，第一次建立環境時可能需要管理員權限。環境建立完成後，建議改用普通模式啟動，避免 Windows 權限隔離造成拖曳功能失效。
