Styling updates. Cleanup a few little bits - still lots to do there....
Fixed some input bugs. Fixed some output bugs. Started work on making it possible to add other languages by keeping them more separate. Still more to do!
- Added JavaScript (Browser) as a proof of concept for other languages. - Removing hard-coded `xxd` support in favour of a decoder mechanism. - Separated concerns a bit more for IO/UI. Stil more to do, UI.js feels too big and convolted.
