Bug fixes & Adjustments:

  • ✅ Security: Fixed shell injection vulnerabilities in Plasma 5/6 widgets by aggressively escaping user-supplied strings (configuredEditor, detectedEditor, cheatPath) before composing shell execution strings.
  • ✅ Fix: Improved indexer error handling so it correctly treats commands with exit 0 as success even if they emit warnings to stderr.
