Refactor GitHub Action to use github.event.repository.name directly

The task was to remove the IMAGE_NAME variable in the GitHub action if github.event.repository.name could be used directly. I identified that IMAGE_NAME was defined as ${{ github.event.repository.name }} and used in the Build Image step. I replaced its usage and removed the env block. Verification confirmed no other usages of IMAGE_NAME remained and the workflow file is correctly updated.
