Option to re-transcribe audio

Is there a way to re-transcribe audio? There are some instances the transcription failed the first time due to unavailable internet, but then mindwtr won't try in another attempt.

Implemented in e66b829.

The retry flow stays minimal: open the audio attachment player and use the new Re-transcribe action. It reruns speech-to-text with your current AI settings, shows inline loading/error state, and updates the task on success on both desktop and mobile.

Tried re-transcrube in the latest android app, but app keeps crashing on me after click re-transcribe.
