COMPASS Skills v0.3.0

This release updates COMPASS into a fuller four-skill package for local, cross-agent collaboration: task clarification, repo-local task memory, AI conversation handoff prompts, and local user-profile context.

Highlights

• Added session-handoff-prompt, a new skill for creating paste-ready continuation prompts when an AI conversation needs to continue in a fresh session.
• Updated task-clarifier to use explicit activation and a clearer question format: reason first, options second, recommendation last.
• Made task-clarifier startup reads portable across Codex, Claude Code, OpenClaw, OpenCode, macOS, Linux, and Windows. It no longer assumes hard-coded local paths.
• Added live task-clarifier examples to the English and Chinese READMEs, showing how a vague “which suitcase is best?” request becomes a confirmed requirement before recommendation.
• Added English and Chinese task-clarifier test screenshots as evidence assets.
• Refined README positioning, logo, badges, tutorial link, and public install guidance.
• Added the COMPASS skill-writing tutorial for using, auditing, drafting, and evolving SKILL.md skills.
• Updated public assets, favicon, and visual materials for the COMPASS repo.
