• The Convert tab is simpler. Pick your folder and Prodocere puts the PDFs in a new folder named for it, right next to the original.
• Bates stamping has its own folder picker, and you choose whether to stamp your files in place or save stamped copies to a new folder.
• Fixed: dropdown menus were hard to read on macOS.

• Combined single-PDF production. Merge an entire matter into one continuously Bates-numbered PDF, named by its full range. Files that are not PDFs (Excel, video, and the like) become labeled placeholder pages, so the whole production stays in sequence. Turn it on with "Also produce a combined single PDF" on the Bates tab.
• Automatic output folder. Leave the Convert output blank and Prodocere creates one next to your source folder, named to match.

• Long lines in plain-text emails now wrap to the page instead of being cut off at the right edge.

New — flexible PDF stamping

• Stamp pages with custom text (e.g. CONFIDENTIAL) or sequential Bates numbers — toggle the counter on or off.
• Six placement positions (top/bottom × left/center/right), plus font size and color controls.
• Page-range stamping and a single-PDF mode: drop in one PDF, stamp a page range, and save a new file (the original is left untouched).

• Convert a whole folder tree to a mirrored PDF tree (Word, PowerPoint, images, HTML, text, email with attachments).
• Bates labeling across a production: rename files/folders and stamp every page.

This release rebrands the app to Prodocere with a new app icon, and includes the GUI overhaul (resizable, scrolling window; navy ribbon; Settings pop-out; live activity panel; Bates label preview; rename-only mode).
