This PR updates the solution indexes to include the newly added problems from Weekly Contest 491 and Biweekly Contest 177, and adds these contests to the contest listing pages.
Changes:
- Add problems 3852–3855 (Biweekly Contest 177) and 3856–3859 (Weekly Contest 491) to the main solution indexes (EN/ZH).
- Add Weekly Contest 491 and Biweekly Contest 177 sections to the contest overview pages (EN/ZH).
