- split the Rust FFI and Swift bridge into core / command / render / advanced Metal areas
- add explicit command encoders, render pipelines, heaps, events, dynamic libraries, archives, counters, residency, and capture wrappers
- add numbered examples 05-07, the public API smoke test, and refreshed COVERAGE / README / CHANGELOG docs
