Redesign Insight toolbar and upgrade Quick View dashboard experience

Summary

This refreshes the Doppar Insight toolbar and significantly improves the Quick View experience with a more polished, dashboard-style UI.

What Changed

1. redesigned the bottom Insight toolbar with cleaner metrics, branded controls, and better spacing
2. replaced the old Quick View action with Overview and added a matching icon
3. added toolbar collapse support with compact logo-only state
4. rebuilt Quick View as a structured request dashboard with a sticky sidebar and section-based navigation
5. added branded sidebar header with Doppar logo, Insight, and Request profiler
6. upgraded the request header block to an input-style request URL bar with method badge and copy action
7. added inline JSON API view inside the dashboard with copy-to-clipboard support
8. improved cache rendering in Quick View, including collapsible JSON/collection views
9. added Quick View light/dark theme switching with persisted state
10. polished dark theme surfaces across cards, empty states, request bar, pills, and status controls

Notes

This change focuses on presentation and developer experience for the Insight UI while preserving the existing profiler data flow and section coverage.
