Understanding what the placeholders mean for your organisation

Each organisation that uses this app will have it's own spreadsheet and settings.

To allow the same documentation to be used by everybody, a set of all-caps PLACEHOLDERS are used in this wiki.

To understand what the various terms mean for you, please consult your organisation's internal documentation for definitions of the following:

1. The APP NAME
2. The web address (URL) of the APPS SCRIPT PROJECT
