Context
as you mint an NFT - there is an on-chain deposit which will be deducted from our account, therefore creator of MEMO has to pay it,
it, does not cover tx fee yet
I have added
api.tx.system.remark("dotmemo.xyz")in case we would need some sort of tracking system :)
