I wanted to talk about tweaking JSInterop limits as well as having a minimal sample that does chunked uploads similar to Blazor's file upload.
The sample https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/aspnet/core/blazor/advanced-scenarios?view=aspnetcore-3.1#perform-large-data-transfers-in-blazor-server-apps here should be removed now that we have InputFile but I'm open to copying some of the additonal notes surrounding it here.
