SqlConnection.ConnectionString return Multiple Active Result Sets=True;

The property of SqlConnection.ConnectionString return Multiple Active Result Sets=True and this is an error if i use it in a string connection to open a Sql connection
The version is: Microsoft.Data.SqlClient.dll 6.13.25316.3

You're correct!
I had an indirect reference to System.Data.SqlClient (via Serilog.Exceptions.SqlServer), which conflicted with Microsoft.Data.SqlClient.
Issue is resolved. Thanks for the quick catch!
