[Feature] Live Property Panel - Fit and Finish

• Navigation
  • May be blank initially when opened, ensure text cursor is aligned, maybe have message about navigation in XML doc...
    • Related: Doesn't get refreshed when XAML re-renders so can be stale
  • When navigating parent/child, highlight XML doc location/bring into view
  • Have note about losing changes if editing XML (shown when modifications or when hit refresh button?)
• Add Properties
  • Allow and persist staring properties within the add property flyout (remember per base type, i.e. if you select for UIElement in one control, it'll be there for another type of control that also inherits from UIElement)
• Property Edits
  • Provide function to apply modifications to XML document
  • Modifying an existing property doesn't mark/move it to modified
  • Provide a way to remove/revert modification
  • Navigating to other element and back doesn't remember 'modified' though it's persisted
