Can you tell me the difference between :

and

The first link has only "old" alpha, while the second link has all versions.

I try to do the binding on my side but it is complex when you do it for the first time!

According to the dates. Seems like this is old and in the androidx.wear groupId.

Again dates show that this could be new set of packages. The problem is this is a new groupId androidx.watch.watchface.
Our tooling does not have ability to detect new groupIds yet (I work on PoC, but still long way to go).

Yes. 2nd link is new groupId. Open new issue with request and this explanation please. And reference this issue too, please.
