Blazor Server - Windows Authentication Type is not built/initialized during project creation

Hello,

I am using Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2022 RC (64-bit) Version 17.0.0 RC3.
I made the following selection during the project creation steps.

When running the project, there is nowhere the possibility to login.
The LoginDisplay.razor component is not used at all.
There is an issue during the creation process to define the right coding/setup information for a windows Authentication type for a Blazor Server project.

Please fix that issue during the project generation process.

@mkArtakMSFT this looks different from the prior issue (no windows auth configured for Kestrel). Their complaint is that there is no login/user button at all. You'll have to repro it and see if it's fixed.

@mkArtakMSFT @Tratcher I have tested it with the most recent version of VS on my side.
It is not fixed.
When running Version 17.1.0 Preview 1.0 and without IIS Express, here is the result.
Nothing is displayed.

@boukenka If I understood correctly, are you complaining about the user not being displayed on the template?

I am complaining this is working with IIS and it is not working when not running with IIS. It is normal ?

I was able to make Windows Authentication work under Kestrel by using this workaround:

Don't forget to put the middleware to the correct place (after app.UseAuthorization();):

I have only tested this with MS Edge and there it works fine.
