Launching the ASP.Net Core 6 application from VS Code bumps into the following exception in app.Run()

I can successfully launch the same application from VS 2022 in Windows 11.

Expected Behavior

Successfully launch the web application without any error which I am able to do so from VS 2022 in Windows 11.

Can you show your launchSettings.json? What ports and addresses are being bound here?

Due to #41417. For some reason, I had justMyCode line deleted from launch.json causing that exception to be hidden.

Any idea why #41417 does NOT happen in mcr.microsoft.com/dotnet/aspnet:6.0-jammy docker container which is Ubuntu image? Is the fix in this PR #41487 still valid?
