Update Microsoft.AspNetCore.Http.Features nuget package

Hi all,

The nuget packageMicrosoft.AspNetCore.Http.Features , build from https://github.com/dotnet/aspnetcore/tree/2dde6988c9025fbfe5222c651a0b5425f1ba98c8/src/Http/Http.Features/src, is still at version 6-preview, causing confusion for developers if it should be used or not.
I would suggest releasing a 6.x version targeting .NET 6, a 7.x version targeting .NET 7 and a 8-preview one targeting .NET 8, as it happened with other asp.net packages.

Most of AspNetCore no longer ships as a package, but rather as a shared framework. You can reference the shared framework in your project. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/aspnet/core/fundamentals/target-aspnetcore
