Edit: Sorry, you're saying the C# property HttpContext.RequestAborted.IsCancellationRequested isn't showing the disconnect, that's likely because the client disconnected ungracefully which can take a long time to be detected by TCP. You'd need to have some sort of ping system in place to detect this quicker.
