BLAZOR - @bind-Value:after stopped working after update

This function performs two way binding and then calls the SetSwitchDefault method.
@bind-Value="@Switch_ValueType" @bind-Value:after="@SetSwitchDefault"

@bind-Value:after has stopped working and is throwing an error after last nights update. I have several hundred of these in my project.

Add this to the home page of a new blazor project. Note the OnColorChanged never gets called.
