I've seen that before, it's a flaky build failure. I tried to fix it with #65667, but it looks like that didn't work fully. It should go away on retry, and I can take another crack at fixing the underlying. |

I would just send the binlog to an LLM and make sure that the dotnet-msbuild plugin is enabled. It's supposed to handle such issues. |
