The Hosting Bundle link on https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/8.0 downloads 8.0.22
https://aka.ms/dotnet/8.0/dotnet-hosting-win.exe downloads 8.0.21 instead of 8.0.22

Expected Behavior

https://aka.ms/dotnet/8.0/dotnet-hosting-win.exe should link to the latest version.

I see this as a security issue. If an old version is used, we won't have security fixes of the latest release.

Is there alternative links that can/should be used instead?
