'dotnet' is not recognized as an internal or external command #8131
Description
Problem encountered on https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/dotnet/hello-world-tutorial/install
Operating System: windows 10 Pro
64-bits processor.
Installing dotnet is succesfull, but running CMD: C:\dotnet gives error message:
"'dotnet' is not recognized as an internal or external command"
i would like to run an SDR program, but this needs dotnet to work.
