Fix native to IL conversion for older runtime versions

For runtimes less than the latest 5.0 where the SOS DAC GetILOffsetsByAddress was fixed, get the native to il map and search it manually.

When this is fixed the various SOS tests could be changed to only validate the correct line number instead of multiple (what old runtimes return/5.0 returns).
