P/Invoke And Threads Resource Manager

Description

When learning C#, I attempted to compare the C++'s OpenMP and the C#’s Parallel.For. While calling the cpp_DLL in the program, it seemed like only one thread was running. I couldn’t find any articles discussing the relationship between C# P/Invoke and thread resource management. If such articles exist, could they be included in the relevant materials?
