Detail whether `FileVersionInfo.GetVersionInfo()` supports relative paths

Hi there, it is not detailed whether FileVersionInfo.GetVersionInfo() supports relative paths.
I tested and it does not (on .net framework 4.5), I would greatly appreciate if you were to add that information to the docs.
