looks like I missed some packages when upgrading to .NET 10 😮 caught this up...
I've also upgraded the
microsoft.build.locator- which hangs in #992 - to fix the issue I needed to add someExcludeAssets=runtime- some explanations could be found here: microsoft/MSBuildLocator#364
