The nuget package Microsoft.AspNetCore.Identity.EntityFrameworkCore version 3.1.2 depends on Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.Relational >= 3.1.2.

Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.Relational 3.1.2 is currently not in nuget.

Steps to reproduce

Simply installing Microsoft.AspNetCore.Identity.EntityFrameworkCore from nuget.
