Separate caches for models and queries

• Make sure that queries don't use types from evicted model This already happens
• Possibly stop evicting models automatically

Note from triage: consider having different interfaces for different cache types (allowing each to be customized easily) and moving away from the default InMemoryCache implementation, which has limitations such as boxing.
