SQL Server: ExecuteUpdate_within_json_to_nonjson_column tests failing with Unexpected character '⸤'

Run ExecuteUpdate_within_json_to_nonjson_column in the type tests:

Microsoft.Data.SqlClient.SqlException : JSON path is not properly formatted. Unexpected character '⸤' is found at position 0.
```

This happens on Helix only - both locally and in the non-Helix build everything passes, across multiple versions of SQL Server. The tests are currently disabled
