Updates Dependabot’s NuGet registry configuration to use the repo’s Azure DevOps public feed (dotnet-public) rather than nuget.org, aligning dependency update automation with the package sources defined in NuGet.config.
Changes:
- Rename the configured Dependabot NuGet registry from
nuget-orgtodotnet-public. - Point Dependabot at the
dotnet-publicAzure DevOps NuGet v3 index and update the NuGet ecosystem config to use that registry.
