- NS2.0 only FCS
- Update testing
- Remove the "assume msbuild 14 for mono" stuff that is no longer relevant and was causing some tests to fail
- Update other projects that had to set an MSBuild variable to get around the mono stuff
- Remove some IVTs that aren't necessary
- Update nuspec
