@baronfel and I are now generating docs for FSharp.Compiler.Service, currently at https://fsharp.github.io/FSharp.Compiler.Service. This is based on the content in this repository.
This PR cleans up some errors in the doc generation and deletes old content. I also deleted the Japanese translation of the docs since we have no chance to keep that up-to-date.
