No - but let's try to close and reopen the PR to trigger the check

@NikolaMilosavljevic - reopening the PR didn't trigger the check. I also don't have permissions to see the branch protection / required status checks. Maybe someone else from @dotnet/source-build has permissions?

@NikolaMilosavljevic - the pipelines won't run because of dotnet/source-build#5485. I'll get that issue addressed this morning.

I've pushed a fix for missing pool images, i.e. windows.vs2022preview.amd64.open.
