after following the steps to install ml.net in the : https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/ml-dotnet/get-started-tutorial/install

i run into this

You need to add ~/.dotnet/tools/ to $Path variable

export PATH=$PATH:/folder/you/want

Also note that you need to explicitly set the full path instead of using ~ notion when setting PATH

add this to your .zprofile
export PATH="$PATH:$HOME/.dotnet/tools"

notice the $HOME/.dotnet/tools" instead of ~/.dotnet/tools" where the turorial page states.
