Nuget package users need to manually copy Roslyn inside a subdir in the MSBuild deployment

This is not ideal, since just doing dotnet publish on a project.json referencing Roslyn and Microsoft.Build.Runtime wouldn't just work. Users have to manually copy Roslyn in a subdirectory. Wonder if nuspecs have any knobs for controlling deployment subdirs for specific dependencies.

Even worse: During "inner loop development" nothing ends up in a users bin directory on netcoreapp*. This is a pain for build extension nuget development (=> "How do I write unit tests for msbuild target files?").
