VS2026 Insider - Blazor RCL/Components namespace not detected #12337

This issue has been moved from a ticket on Developer Community.
[regression] [worked-in:11018.127]
after upgraded from 11018.127 to 11109.219, the namespace from rcl/components cannot be detected.
But solution able to built successfully.
