This PR adds a bunch of benchmark cases to be compared against v3.1.1 and v4.0.0 onc #731 is available to switch between versions.
I had to add
WindowsBaseandSystem.Windows.Formsotherwise using theObserveOnandSubscribeOnoperators complain about missing assemblies.
