Could not disable terminal logger with --tl:off option in dotnet 10, it's on the documentation

Yes, not all msbuild options are currently parsed by the dotnet CLI, --tl is one of them. See also #51145.

This looks like it affects dotnet test too (if you're using the Microsoft.Testing.Platform). If you add:

  "test": {
    "runner": "Microsoft.Testing.Platform"
  }

... to your global.json as described here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/core/tools/dotnet-test?tabs=dotnet-test-with-vstest

... then trying: dotnet test --tl:off gives the error:

Unknown option '--tl'

If you instead use the MSBuild option:

<TestingPlatformDotnetTestSupport>true</TestingPlatformDotnetTestSupport>

... then dotnet test --tl:off gives the warning:
