Fixes dotnet/source-build#5432 SDK file diffs have shown up between a source-built SDK and Microsoft-built SDK. This is caused by the inclusion of `net472` directory for `Microsoft.Build.Tasks.Git` and `Microsoft.SourceLink.*`. That TFM is not included with source built by definition. So files in those directories can be excluded.
