@joeloff could you please help take a look at this issue?
CSC : error CS2001: Source file 'C:\h\w\B23D098A\p\d\sdk\11.0.100-ci\Sdks\Microsoft.NET.Sdk.Razor\targets..\source-generators\RazorSourceGenerator.razorencconfig' could not be found.
