The remaining wasm faillures are because the sdk tests are using the Wask sdk version from the boostrap sdk not the incoming version. This keeps causing issues, let me see if there is a reasonable way to fix it.

Pin KnownWebAssemblySdkPack to runtime version in codeflow

When the codeflow updates MicrosoftNETCoreAppRuntimePackageVersion, the
WebAssembly.Pack version must also be pinned to match. Without this, the
workload manifest from the bootstrap SDK resolves an older pack version
that doesn't include changes from the incoming runtime (e.g. the
Framework SourceType fix from runtime#125329), causing
DiscoverPrecompressedAssets to crash on duplicate Identity keys in
multi-client Blazor WASM publish scenarios.

This mirrors the existing pattern for KnownILCompilerPack,
KnownILLinkPack, and KnownCrossgen2Pack.

ILLink test failures (ILLink_runs_and_creates_linked_app, etc.)

These are also a bootstrap SDK / codeflow version staging mismatch, similar to the WebAssembly.Pack issue.

Root cause: The KnownILLinkPack override in Directory.Build.targets pins the ILLink task DLL to 26176, but the Microsoft.NET.ILLink.targets file that invokes it still comes from the bootstrap SDK (26170). Runtime #125365 changed the ILLink targets to pass assembly names (not file paths) to TrimmerRootAssembly, and the 26176 task DLL was updated to reject file paths. But the bootstrap SDK's 26170 targets still pass full file paths → the new DLL rejects them with:

ILLink : error IL1032: Root assembly with name '.../obj/Debug/net11.0/linux-x64/HelloWorld.dll' could not be found

This mismatch resolves once the bootstrap SDK is updated to 26176+, which brings the matching targets file.

TemplateEngine test failures (CacheSearchCoordinatorTests)

Root cause: dotnet/templating#9956 — the Newtonsoft.Json → System.Text.Json migration (merged March 16, by @NikolaMilosavljevic).

MockTemplateInfo explicitly implements ITemplateInfo.Tags as throw new NotImplementedException() (line 95). Newtonsoft.Json serialization never hit this property, but System.Text.Json does — when TemplateDiscoveryMetadata.ToJObject() serializes the mock, STJ walks all interface properties and triggers the exception:

System.NotImplementedException : The method or operation is not implemented.
  at MockTemplateInfo.ITemplateInfo.get_Tags()
  at System.Text.Json.Serialization...JsonPropertyInfo`1.GetMemberAndWriteJson

There's already a follow-up fix for a different STJ migration issue (dotnet/templating#10049 — duplicate case-insensitive keys). The Tags issue is another edge case from the same migration.

Fix: In MockTemplateInfo, either delegate ITemplateInfo.Tags to the existing TagsCollection property, or add [JsonIgnore] to suppress serialization.

I was overly optimistic it seems. Since the test is built with the bootstrap sdk we need to bump global.json to the incoming version or build the test with the new sdk to get this to pass.

Fix MockTemplateInfo for System.Text.Json serialization (#10066)

## Problem

After the Newtonsoft.Json → System.Text.Json migration
([#9956](#9956)),
`MockTemplateInfo`'s explicit `ITemplateInfo.Tags` and
`ITemplateInfo.CacheParameters` implementations throw
`NotImplementedException`. Newtonsoft never visited these during
serialization, but System.Text.Json walks all interface properties when
serializing, causing `TemplateDiscoveryMetadata.ToJObject()` to crash:

This breaks all `CacheSearchCoordinatorTests` in the SDK CI
([sdk#53613](dotnet/sdk#53613)).

## Fix

Return empty dictionaries instead of throwing. Both properties are
`[Obsolete]` — the mock's real tag data lives in the `TagsCollection`
property.

Same root cause as the TemplateEngine failures: dotnet/templating#9956 (Newtonsoft → STJ migration).

The error message when parsing a corrupted JSON settings file changed:

Update tests for incoming runtime and templating changes

- NativeAot: Account for 'lib' prefix on Unix native library outputs
  (runtime#124611 made this the default for non-Windows)
- dotnet-new: Update Verify snapshots for STJ error messages
  (templating#9956 migrated from Newtonsoft.Json to System.Text.Json,
  changing the corrupted JSON error text)
