PR description says the repo PatchVersion is being updated (16 → 17), but this file changes VersionFeature and there are no PatchVersion references in the repo. Please align the PR description/terminology (or rename the property if PatchVersion was intended) to avoid confusion for release/branding tracking.

Same issue as #53377 |
The windows.amd64.vs2022.pre.open and windows.amd64.vs2022.pre queues have been renamed to windows.amd64.vs2022.open and windows.amd64.vs2022 respectively. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
